What is the typical timeline for receiving deliverables? +

Engagement sessions and lifestyle shoots are delivered within 7–10 business days. Wedding photo galleries are ready within 2–3 weeks. Cinematic films take 4–6 weeks depending on scope. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

What deliverables are included? +

Every package includes professionally edited photos delivered through an online gallery with high-resolution downloads. Video packages include a color-graded cinematic film with licensed music. You own full usage rights to everything we deliver.

Do you charge travel fees? +

Shoots within Tampa Bay (Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk counties) have no travel fee. For destinations elsewhere in Florida, a mileage fee applies. Out-of-state and destination weddings include travel and lodging in the custom quote.

What is a second shooter and is one included? +

A second shooter is an additional photographer/videographer who captures alternate angles—critical for ceremonies and large receptions. A second shooter is included in the Full-Day and Premium packages. It can be added to the Half-Day package for $400.

How far in advance should we book? +

We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for weddings, especially during peak season (October–April in Florida). Engagement sessions and lifestyle shoots can usually be booked 2–4 weeks out. A 30% deposit secures your date.
