From raw dirt
to dried-in,
on film.

A superintendent gives somebody your name. What they find in the next sixty seconds decides whether the call happens at all.

ZEPHYRHILLS, FL SITE & AERIAL PART 107 LICENSED

Who is watching

A VP of construction or a developer, vetting you after a referral.

What it has to do

Verification, not discovery — prove you are real, active and running volume.

How it runs

One crew on site for the day, working around you. Cinema, drone and stills in the same pass. First cut back in a few days.

What you keep

Every file, from day one, in writing before you sign. EC hosts a copy for a limited window as a convenience, not as the only copy.

Built to Be Checked,
Not Admired.

01The record

One aerial pass a month at a logged altitude and heading, with everything you are carrying in the same frame. Twelve of those is a record of cycle time, not a highlight reel.

02The ground pass

Everything the drone cannot see. A pour going in, framers on a wall plate, the first road cut through — at eye level, while the work carries on around us.

03The milestone

Slab, vertical, dried-in. The handful of dates a schedule is actually judged on, each filmed the day it happens instead of rebuilt afterwards.

Inside This One.

General Contractors Bought on hitting the date and having the crew to do it, not on craft — which is what most video for this trade gets wrong. OPEN → Developers Needs the same footage for three different audiences — lenders, buyers and the next land seller. OPEN →

How a Shoot Day Runs.

01The callWhat you sell, who buys it, and the questions you keep answering by text. That list becomes the shot list.
02The shoot dayOne day on site. We work around your crew, not the other way round. Cinema, drone and stills in the same pass.
03The cutShot by us, cut by us. The person who planned the day is the one in the edit, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
04The monthThe film comes apart into verticals, carousels and stills — scheduled and posted, or handed over ready to run.
