Four Steps, in Order.

01The callWhat you sell, who buys it, and the questions you keep answering by text. That list becomes the shot list.
02The shoot dayOne day on site. We work around your crew, not the other way round. Cinema, drone and stills in the same pass.
03The cutShot by us, cut by us. The person who planned the day is the one in the edit, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
04The monthThe film comes apart into verticals, carousels and stills — scheduled and posted, or handed over ready to run.

Before we film anything

We Build Your
Look First.

You and one of us go through twelve decisions together, and they come off the call as one brief. That brief is the rulebook for everything filmed afterwards. It is why your second video belongs beside your first, and why you are not re-explaining your brand six months from now.

Five of the twelve
01 The world it lives in Daylight or dusk. Clean or worn. Whether the work looks like a workshop or a showroom, and which of those is actually true.
02 How it sounds Music with a floor under it, or a room with no music in it at all. Whether anyone speaks, and whether that person is you.
03 How fast it cuts Six-second cuts or thirty. Pace is the loudest decision on the list and the one an owner is almost never asked about.
04 Who fronts it You, a foreman, a customer, or nobody. Some businesses need a face on the front of them and some are better without one.
05 What every video asks for Call, book, visit, or simply be remembered. A video carrying two asks is a video carrying none.

Those three numbers describe the worksheet itself — how many decisions it holds, how many options sit on it, and how long it takes to walk. They are counts of a document, nothing more.

The directions in the book are named rather than described — The Craftsman, The Straight Shooter, Slow Burn — so a decision is something you can point at instead of a mood you have to describe. The session happens on a call, before a shoot day is planned.

Do you need the site shut down?

No. We plan around the work. If a shot needs the crew to hold for thirty seconds we ask, and if the answer is no we get it another way.

What if the weather turns?

Florida. It happens. We shoot what the day gives and schedule the missing pieces into the next visit rather than forcing a compromised shot.

Can you fly over an active site?

Yes, Part 107 licensed. Airspace and site access get checked before the day, not on the morning.

One shoot or a retainer?

Both exist. A single film proves the standard; a retainer is what fills a month. The tiers are Foundation, Momentum and Dominance, quoted on your call.
