Trades & Home Services

Pool Builders & Service.

A pool is the most photographed thing a homeowner will ever buy — and almost nobody films the part that justifies the price.

ZEPHYRHILLS, FL POOLS PART 107 LICENSED

Who is actually watching

A homeowner about to spend the price of a car on a hole in their yard, or a service customer on a monthly plan.

What they are afraid of

Will it actually look like the render — and when it turns green in August, who picks up the phone?

The proof that answers it

The build sequence. Excavation, steel, gunite, tile, plaster, first fill. The steel cage is the most reassuring thing you own and nobody ever sees it.

When it sells

Sell in spring, build year-round in Florida. Service content peaks in July and August.

Day One
To First Swim.

WHAT THEY ARE BUYING
THE FIRST NIGHT

What We Film
On Your Job.

01 The build

Gunite day from a mast — the shell arriving in one continuous move.

02 The explainer

Ninety seconds on the steel cage, filmed the morning before it is buried forever.

03 The payoff

First fill timelapsed from one locked position, then the lights at dusk.

Also worth knowing

You are almost certainly hiring as well. The same shoot day can produce your training, hiring and onboarding video — the crew and the site are already there.

Straight Answers.

What does it cost?

Quoted on the call — a listing, a wedding and a monthly retainer are not the same job. Every term is in the agreement before you sign.

Who owns the footage?

You do, from day one. We host a copy for a limited window after delivery as a convenience, not as the only copy.

Do you shut my site down?

No. We work around the job. If a shot needs thirty seconds of hold we ask, and no is an answer.

Who actually turns up?

Us. The person who plans the shoot is on site for it and cuts it afterwards. Nobody is handed to a freelancer.

Most of the work nobody sees.
Let's fix that.

One call. What you sell, who buys it, and what a day on your job would produce.
