Developers.

Needs the same footage for three different audiences — lenders, buyers and the next land seller.

ZEPHYRHILLS, FL DEVELOPERS PART 107 LICENSED

Who is actually watching

A developer running lots, answering to a lender and trying to buy the next parcel.

What they are afraid of

Can I put this in front of a lender without it looking like marketing?

The proof that answers it

The dated progress pass. The same altitude, the same heading, every month — that is a document, not a promo.

When it sells

Monthly through the build. Acquisition content runs continuously.

What We Film
On Your Job.

01 The dated pass

Same altitude, same heading, every month. That is a document, not a promo.

02 The infrastructure

Roads, swales and retention going in, from above.

03 The sell

The model home at its best hour, plus the parcel next door for the acquisition pitch.

Also worth knowing

You are almost certainly hiring as well. The same shoot day can produce your training, hiring and onboarding video — the crew and the site are already there.

Straight Answers.

What does it cost?

Quoted on the call — a listing, a wedding and a monthly retainer are not the same job. Every term is in the agreement before you sign.

Who owns the footage?

You do, from day one. We host a copy for a limited window after delivery as a convenience, not as the only copy.

Do you shut my site down?

No. We work around the job. If a shot needs thirty seconds of hold we ask, and no is an answer.

Who actually turns up?

Us. The person who plans the shoot is on site for it and cuts it afterwards. Nobody is handed to a freelancer.

Most of the work nobody sees.
Let's fix that.

One call. What you sell, who buys it, and what a day on your job would produce.
