Youth & Club Sports.

Sold to a parent, not to a player — and the only footage most clubs own was shot on a phone from the back row.

ZEPHYRHILLS, FL YOUTH & CLUB SPORTS PART 107 LICENSED

Who is actually watching

A club director or program owner. The person actually choosing is a parent, weighing you against two other clubs for their kid's Saturdays.

What they are afraid of

Will my kid actually play and get coached — or are we buying a uniform and a seat on the bench?

The proof that answers it

A Tuesday practice, not a trophy. Every club posts the championship photo; almost none will show a coach spending four minutes on one player who is not the best one there.

When it sells

Registration and tryouts — the weeks a parent is choosing. Tournaments through the summer, when the heat moves everything to dawn or to the lights.

What We Film
On Your Job.

01 The Tuesday

A practice under the lights on a long lens, with the coach correcting one player, by name.

02 The recruiting cut

One athlete pulled out of a whole tournament weekend, every touch tagged on the day.

03 The pitch to parents

Your director on the touchline before tryouts. Ninety seconds on how a team gets built.

Adult leagues, cheer and dance, camps and clinics, senior nights and single-athlete recruiting packages all run the same way, at a smaller scale.

Before anything publishes

Filming minors. Every athlete who appears on camera needs a signed guardian release, and most clubs already hold a photo opt-out list — that list governs, not ours. Nothing published pairs a child's full name with a field location or a practice schedule, and a recruiting cut goes to the family before it goes anywhere else.

Also worth knowing

You are almost certainly hiring as well. The same shoot day can produce your training, hiring and onboarding video — the crew and the site are already there.

Straight Answers.

What does it cost?

Quoted on the call — a listing, a wedding and a monthly retainer are not the same job. Every term is in the agreement before you sign.

Who owns the footage?

You do, from day one. We host a copy for a limited window after delivery as a convenience, not as the only copy.

Do you shut my site down?

No. We work around the job. If a shot needs thirty seconds of hold we ask, and no is an answer.

Who actually turns up?

Us. The person who plans the shoot is on site for it and cuts it afterwards. Nobody is handed to a freelancer.

Most of the work nobody sees.
Let's fix that.

One call. What you sell, who buys it, and what a day on your job would produce.
